Burnt Store Isles is located south of Punta Gorda Isles, just off US 41 and Monaco Dr.
Burnt Store Isles (BSI) is a deed restricted waterfront and golf course community located within the city of Punta Gorda.There are approximately 1000 canal front properties and 400 golf course properties in BSI.
Burnt Store Isles is  convenient to shopping and major arteries, sharing many similarities to Punta Gorda Isles (PGI). A newer community than PGI, Burnt Store Isles boating access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico is via Alligator Creek. Burnt Store Isles has its own boating and sailing club.
Burnt Store Isles offers the best of both worlds - an outstanding (sailboat access) waterfront and golf course community.
 Central to the community is the Twin Isles Country Club, formerly known as the Burnt Store Isles Country Club. There is no requirement that residents of BSI join the club.
